Library staff updated on software usage

The Department of Public Libraries, which has completely transitioned its membership registration and renewal work to online services recently, conducted training programme for its staff members and apprised them about the new software to receive applications from citizens to avail its services and process them, under Seva Sindhu Project – an online initiative of the State Government. Using Google Meet app, District Project Manager M. Chetan of Seva Sindhu Project, Office of Deputy Commissioner, educated the staff members working in City and District Central Libraries, according to B. Manjunath, Deputy Director, Department of Public Libraries, Mysuru.
