Mysuru: Lions Club of Mysore Cherish with 35 Charter Members was formally inaugurated on Feb. 20.

The new Club was sponsored by Lions Club of Mysore Classic. The sponsoring Club President Lion Arun Mandal presided over the function.

District Governor of District 317G Lion N. Subramanya inaugurated the Club by presenting the Charter and Charter Member certificates.

Lion N. Subramanya also presented the International Presidential Medal to Lion Arun Mandal in recognition of his exemplary contribution to the organisation towards growth.

Multiple Council Chairperson Lion Dr. N. Krishnegowda installed the new team of office-bearers. Past District Governor Lion G.A. Ramesh inducted the new Charter Members. Cabinet Advisor PDG Lion K. Devegowda was the guest of honour.

The new Club commenced its journey in a novel way by contributing  Rs. 10,000 to Lions Clubs International Foundation.

Muddaraj Urs, Leadership Chairperson – B. Vaibhav, Service Chairperson – R. Jaganmohan and Marketing Chairperson –                                  Vinay Amruth.
