Liquidation: Objections invited

September 27, 2020

Mysore/Mysuru: As the city’s Inchara Housing Co-operative Society has ceased to function for long, the Co-operation Department has appointed the Inspector of Co-operative Societies (Mysuru South) as the Liquidation Officer of the Society.

With no member of the Society or any other member of the general public coming forward to revive the Society and also as the Society seems to be of no benefit for its members or other members of the public, the Co-operation Department has decided to terminate the registration of the Society.

But still, any member of the Society or others who have any interest left for reviving the Society, can file objections for the termination of registration, at the office of Assistant Registrar of Co-operation Societies, Mysuru.

Objections received after 15-day deadline or after termination of registration, will not be considered for any reason.
