Liquor sales banned

Due to the ongoing Sri Lakshmidevi and Sri Maramma Jatra Mahotsava at Rammanahalli in Mysuru taluk (Mar. 30 to Apr. 2), the District Administration has banned sale of liquor and has ordered shutting down of Ugranarasimha wine shop at Rammanahalli from 12 midnight of Mar. 30 to 12 midnight of Apr. 2 as a precautionary measure for maintenance of Law and Order, according to a press release issued by Deputy Commissioner Dr. K.V. Rajendra.
