Lok Sabha Polls: Vijayanagar Police take out route march

Mysore/Mysuru: With Lok Sabha polls round the corner, Vijayanagar Police, led by Inspector B.R. Pradeep, took out a route march yesterday  to instil confidence among the people and to tell them not to be afraid as the law and order situation is in place.

About 18 Police and 49 para-military personnel began the route march from the Ring Road junction below Hinkal Flyover and marched via Hunsur Main Road in Hinkal and prominent roads of Hinkal covering  about 3 kms.

The Police Band led the route march in which Vijayanagar Sub-Inspectors K. Vishwanath, K. Narayana, Krishna, Vanajakshi and others participated.
