Lorry Loaders to launch indefinite stir from Feb. 15

Seeking fulfilment of their various demands which chiefly included hike in labour wages, additional wages for work on public holidays and National festivals, raise in Hamali charges for lorry loading and unloading and issuance of Identity Cards for loaders and Hamalis by Food and Civil Supplies Department, among others, Hamalis and Lorry loaders under the banner of Karnataka Shramika Shakti (KSS) will launch an indefinite stir at Freedom Park in Bengaluru from Feb. 15.
