Mysuru: Loyal World Market always believes in challenging themselves and present to Mysuru the best when it comes to baking and art.
Keeping this tradition alive and to celebrate this joyous Xmas season, Loyal World Market has created a tall cake replica of “Leaning Tower of Pisa.” This Bell Tower cake is part of the Cathedral of the Italian City of Pisa.
The tower cake is 9 feet tall from the ground, has 3.5 feet wide walls at the base and weighs a staggering 460 kg including sugar icing.
This piece of architectural marvel took the Loyal World team of 4 patissiers an exhaustive 170 man hours. The Chefs behind this creation are Jaishithlal, Head Chef, Jobith, Senior Chef, Ruban, Senior Chef and Judson, Assistant Chef.
Mayor Pushpalatha Jagannath unveiled the Tower Cake at the Forum Mall in city at last evening in the presence of P. Moideeen, Chairman, Loyal World Group, M. Muhammed, Executive Director, Loyal World Group and K.V. Chethan, Chairman, Chamaraja Constituency Campaign as chief guests. This cake replica will now be on display at: GF-02, Forum Centre City Mall, Nazarbad till Jan. 1.
Another cake replica of the magnificent Mysore Palace too will be created soon and kept on display at Loyal World in VV Mohalla from Dec. 27 and the same will be distributed among the public on the New Year’s Day. The Tower Cake, however, will not be distributed to people.
