Mysuru, Aug. 10 (BCT)- TiE Mysuru hosted a compelling edition of its Leadership Series, featuring a keynote address by Lt. Gen. Arjun Ray, PVSM, VSM (Retd.), Founder, MD and CEO of Indus Trust, on the theme ‘Building 10X Leadership.’

The event drew over 120 entrepreneurs, professionals and students eager to explore the future of leadership in an age shaped by artificial intelligence, complexity and rapid transformation. TiE Mysuru President Bhaskar Kalale shared updates on the chapter’s upcoming initiatives, including the TiE University Pitch Fest and its promising entries.

Lt. Gen. Ray’s keynote introduced the StartupYou framework — a bold call for continuous personal reinvention. “The real startup is yourself,” he declared, urging attendees to adopt moonshot thinking and treat technology as a mindset.

He outlined six entrepreneurial behaviours essential to 10X leadership: Vision, agency, bias in action, empathy, extreme ownership and adaptability.

The session sparked lively engagement, with TiE charter, associate, and student members posing insightful questions, underscoring the organisation’s commitment to cultivating future-ready leaders. The evening also featured a preview of NeXt Founder by Ram Kevalur and a presentation on TiE Mysuru’s Marketing & PR roadmap by Charter Member M. Ashwin Dange. G.S.
