M.H. Ashwin Kumar (51), owner of Gayatri Groups and a resident of Kuvempunagar in city, passed away here yesterday.

He leaves behind wife, two daughters and a host of relatives and friends.

Last rites were performed at the foot of Chamundi Hill this afternoon.
