M.S. Umesh (61), retd. Canara Bank Official and a resident of Kuvempunagar here, passed away at Vietnam on Oct. 29 following brief illness.

He was the President of Bankers Recreation Club, Mysuru and Secretary of SBM and Other Banks Welfare Society, Mysuru.

He leaves behind his motherVijayalakshmi, wife V. Usharani, son Vikas, daughter-in-law Hyojeong and a host of relatives and friends. Last rites were performed at the foot of Chamundi Hill in Mysuru yesterday.
