Mysuru: With IAS Officer P.A. Meghannavar not taking charge as Mysuru Regional Commissioner, Bengaluru Regional Commissioner M.V. Jayanthi will continue to hold additional charge as In-charge Mysuru Regional Commissioner.

Meghannavar, who was serving as Bagalkot Deputy Commissioner, was promoted and posted as Mysuru Regional Commissioner a few weeks ago.

But as he failed to assume charge, M.V. Jayanthi, a senior IAS Officer, will continue to function as In-charge Mysuru Regional Commissioner.
