Madetira Kaveriamma (82), wife of late M.K. Poovaiah and a resident of Gandhinagar, passed away this noon in city. She leaves behind son Sunil Somanna and a host of relatives and friends. Last rites will be performed tomorrow at 11.30 am at the foot of Chamundi Hill, according to family sources.
