Madiwalara Kunnaiah (79), a retired teacher and a resident of Saraswathipuram 1st Main Road, passed away yesterday at his residence.

He leaves behind his wife Arasamma, son Nagaraj, Director of Machideva Co-operative Society, two daughters, sons-in-law, grand children and a host of relatives and friends.

A native of Halagapura village, Hanur taluk in Chamarajanagar district, Kunnaiah was staying at his son’s residence after retirement. Last rites were performed this afternoon at his farmhouse in Halagapura.
