Mahadevamma (60), wife of Basavaraju and a resident of Kanakagiri, passed away yesterday evening in city.

She leaves behind her husband, three sons, one daughter and a host of relatives and friends.

Mahadevamma had constructed Sri Adi Shakti Temple at Kanakagiri and was serving the devotees. Last rites were performed at the foot of Chamundi Hill this afternoon.
