Mallikarjuna Kharge appointed as Maharashtra Congress in-charge

New Delhi: Senior Congress leader from Karnataka, Mallikarjuna M. Kharge has been appointed as party in-charge of Maharashtra by AICC President Rahul Gandhi.

Kharge, who is the senior Congress Parliamentary party leader in the Lok Sabha, was elected from Kalaburagi (SC) Lok Sabha seat in the 2014.
