Malavalli: A bike rider fell down and breathed his last due to injuries he sustained after his bike skid on the hay spread on the  road near Narayanapura village in the taluk.

The deceased has been identified as Niranjan (45). He was riding his bike, when he lost control of the vehicle and fell down after it skid due to the hay that was spread on the road.

Niranjan, who sustained severe head injuries was being shifted to a hospital by the villagers, when he breathed his last mid way.

His body was shifted to the mortuary in Malavalli. No case has been registered in this regard said sources.
