Mysuru: A man with stab injuries was found by the public between J.K. Tyres and KIADB Office coming under Metagalli Police here this morning.

The deceased has been identified as Mohan (40), a  driver working at Murugan Transport in city.

It is learnt that Mohan, a native of Tamil Nadu, took leave for a week as he wanted to go to his native place but had stayed back due to lack of money.

The public who found him dead with stab wounds, informed Metagalli Police. Metagalli Inspector Sunil Kumar and staff, who rushed to the spot, conducted mahazar and shifted the body to JSS Medical College Mortuary.

Metagalli Police, who have registered a case in this regard, are investigating.
