Man injured in accident succumbs at hospital

Mysore/Mysuru: A two-wheeler rider, who had sustained serious injuries in a road accident and admitted to a private hospital in city, has succumbed to injuries at the hospital.

The deceased has been identified as Murugesh (42), a resident of Hebbal Colony in city.

On Sept. 14 at about 7.30 pm, Murugesh was proceeding on the Ring Road on his scooter from Hinkal side towards Hebbal, when he rammed into a lorry, which was parked on the roadside.

Though he was admitted to a private hospital, Murugesh breathed his last yesterday. V.V. Puram Traffic Police, who have registered a case, are investigating.
