Panchaksharaswamy presides, journalist Mahadevaswamy Devalapura releases the magazine, Principal B.R. Neelakanta, Vice-Principal Vijaya and Academic Officer Mangala Muddumadappa will be present, Room No.22, College premises, 12.30 pm.
