Materials Management Day celebrations: Materials Management & Supply Chain Management Professionals feted

Mysore/Mysuru: The Indian Institute of Materials Management (IIMM), Mysuru Branch, celebrated the Materials Management Day in city recently.

On this occasion, IIMM Mysuru Branch honoured Senior Materials & Supply Chain Management professionals from leading industries — notably Triton Valves Ltd, IT Champs Pvt., Ltd. and BEML Ltd. — with citations of recognition for their decades of contributions to cost optimisation, supply chain excellence, quality enhancement and innovations in materials and supply chain management, aligned with Make in India initiatives in the automotive and defence sectors.

The Dean and HoD with students of Supply Chain Management from the Department of Business Administration, VVCE, Mysuru & HoDs of Mechanical Engineering at ATME Engineering College, Mysuru, participated reinforcing the importance of industry-academia collaboration.
