Mysuru: Ahead of Dasara festivities, Mysuru City Corporation (MCC) Commissioner M.K. Savitha inspected the ongoing white-topping works in front of Yuvaraja’s College at the Bogadi-Kukkarahalli junction and also at the Millenium Circle Junction (LIC) in Bannimantap this morning.

She directed officials to complete all pending works including utility works and laying of parking tiles, before September end.

“All pending works, including utility works and laying of parking tiles, must be completed by the end of this month so that the general public can commute seamlessly on these roads during the coming Dasara season,” the Commissioner said.

MCC Deputy Commissioner (Development) K.J. Sindhu, Executive Engineer (West) Srinivasa, PWD officials Mustafa and Mahadevaswamy, officials from Vani Vilas Water Works and other officials and contractors accompanied the Commissioner.
