Mysuru: Deputy Commissioner D. Randeep, who is also the District Election Officer, today issued notification for the by-election to MCC Ward No. 32.

Candidates can file their nomination papers from today and the last date is June 21.

Scrutiny of nomination papers will take place on June 22. Last date for withdrawal of nominations is June 24. The polling will take place on July 2 between 7 am and 5 pm and result will be announced on July 5.

Poll code of conduct has come into effect in the Ward limits. MCC Zone 4 AC Priyadarshini has been appointed as Election Officer while Zone-3 Revenue Officer Ganganna has been appointed as Asst. Election Officer.
