Meghdhanush – Vastrabharana begins

Mysuru-Kodagu MP and Titular Head of Mysore Royal Family YaduveerKrishnadattaChamaraja Wadiyar inaugurated Meghdhanush — Vastrabharana-2026, a spectrum of India’s saree textiles and jewellery at Karnataka ChitrakalaParishath in Bengaluru yesterday along with Aisshwarya DKS Hegde, an edupreneur, who was the guest of honour. The 5-day event organised by Crafts Council of Karnataka (CCK) will be open to visitors from 10 am to 7.30 pm on all days. On the occasion, Kasuti artist SampatKumariPatil was honoured with ‘VimalaSanmaana.’ They are seen with CCK President Chandra Jain, Vice-President NirmalaHirannaiah,  SecretaryFarook, Convenor Susheela Mehta, Committee Member Shubha Sanjay Urs of Mysuru and other members of Crafts Council of Karnataka.
