Mysore/Mysuru: The Mysore Merchants Co-operative Bank Limited, Jaganmohan Palace Road, has announced a 25 percent dividend (2022-23) to its share-holders.
The dividend was declared by Bank President R. Anand at the Bank’s 64th Annual General Body Meeting (AGM) held at Basant Convention Centre in J.P. Nagar here recently.
Addressing the meeting, Anand said the Bank earned a gross profit of Rs.9.35 crore in 2022-23. After tax deduction of Rs.3.10 crore, the Bank’s net profit stands at Rs. 6.25 crore, he said adding that the Bank is happy to announce a 25 percent dividend to all its share-holders.
Bank Vice-President K. Premkumar, Directors B.R. Nandish, C.V. Somashekar, B. Kodandaram, A. Prabhuprasad, R.P. Krishnamurthy, M.N. Mahesh, N. Kannan, N. Raghava, S. Rachappaji, N. Sudha, C.S. Gangambike and M.R. Vijayalakshmi, Bank General Manager Sridhar B. Kulkarni and others were present.
