Bengaluru: Large and Medium Industries Minister M.B. Patil and Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Minister Priyank Kharge have been allotted additional portfolios.

According to a revised notification by the Government, Patil has been given the additional responsibility of Department of Basic Infrastructure Development, while Kharge has got Information Technology (IT) and Bio-technology (BT).

On May 28, the portfolios had been allotted to all the Ministers, but Basic Infrastructure Development and IT & BT had remained with the Chief Minister.

As per the revised notification on allocation of portfolios, the Chief Minister is holding Finance, Cabinet Affairs, Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms (DPAR), Intelligence and other portfolios which remain to be allotted.
