Miscreant steals cash, mobile phones kept in the boot of scooter

Mysuru: A miscreant has stolen cash and mobile phones kept in the boot of a scooter belonging to Dr. Venkatesh Joshi at Jayachamaraja Wadiyar Golf Club (JWGC) in city on Nov.9.

On Nov.9, Dr. Venkatesh, who had come to JWGC, had kept Rs.75,000 cash and four mobile phones in the boot of his scooter and had gone inside. When he came back at about 11 pm and opened the boot, he found the cash and mobile phones missing.

Upon checking the CCTV footage, a man aged about 40 years, was seen following Dr. Venkatesh and stealing the   cash bag. Based on the complaint by Dr. Venkatesh, Nazarbad Police, who have registered a case in this regard, are investigating.
