Miscreants barge into beauty parlour; snatch owner’s purse, gold chain

Mysuru: Two miscreants barged into a beauty parlour and snatched a gold chain and the cash purse belonging to the owner at Vishweshwaranagar here on Monday. The miscreants fled the spot after committing the crime. The owner, who lost her cash purse and her gold chain has been identified as Bhagyalakshmi, a resident of Vishweshwaranagar, who owns Rishika Beauty Parlour in the same locality.

On Monday, Bhagyalakshmi was at her beauty parlour, when two miscreants barged inside and snatched her two gold chains weighing about 60 grams, cash purse with Rs. 2,000 cash in it and two ATM cards, before fleeing from the spot.   

Vidyaranyapuram Police, who have registered a case in this regard, are investigating.
