Miscreants steal cash kept in bike

Mysuru: Miscreants have stolen cash, kept in the bike, while the victim was answering nature’s call in city.

The victim who lost the cash has been identified as Lingappa, of Pillahalli in the taluk.

On Tuesday, Lingappa had borrowed Rs. 30,000 as he had to pay the school fees of his son and had kept the cash in the pouch of the tank cover of his bike. While returning to his place, Lingappa stopped the bike near Kamat Hotel on Nanjangud Road and went to answer nature’s call.

When he returned, he found the cash missing and immediately lodged a complaint at K.R. Police Station. K.R. Police who have registered a case in this regard are investigating.
