Mysore/Mysuru: An audition for ‘Miss Trans Fashion Show’ was organised by the All India Hair and Beauty Association (AIHBA) at a private hotel in city recently.

Out of 15 sexual minorities who participated in the event, three were selected after three rounds of audition. Speaking about the problems they encounter in society, they appealed people to provide equal opportunities for them in education, employment and encourage them to lead a respectful life.

AIHBA Mysuru Unit President J. Uma Jadhav, Chikkamagalur Unit President Aparna, Pranati Prakash, Deepu Shasta and others were present during the audition which is being held at various places in the State including Chikkamagalur, Mangaluru and Hassan.

On Oct.28, Miss Trans Fashion Show Finale and State-level Makeup Contest will be held at Chikkamagalur.
