Missing girl from city found in D. Salundi

Mysore/Mysuru: Went out from a Paying Guest (PG) accommodation in city to buy a tooth brush and went missing, an engineering girl student was found in D. Salundi village in Mysuru taluk.

According to Police, a student from Andhra Pradesh was pursuing Engineering course and was staying in a PG at Vijayashreepura in city. On Saturday, she went out of the PG to buy a tooth brush but never returned till afternoon. The PG owner had filed a complaint at Jayalakshmipuram Police Station and had also informed her parents.

It is learnt that the girl, had subconsciously walked up to D. Salundi village and after coming to her senses, she requested a villager to use his mobile phone with which she spoke to her parents and shared her location. Her parents informed the PG owner immediately, who along with the Police brought the girl back.

Upon the arrival of her parents from Andhra Pradesh, the girl was safely handed over to them.
