Mysore/Mysuru: Krishnaraja MLA S.A. Ramdas has launched a campaign of visiting houses of the Covid dead and handing over Death Certificates to their family members in his Constituency here yesterday.

Consoling the aggrieved family members, the MLA also launched the distribution of benefits under various Union and State Governments and the MCC.

Speaking on the occasion, Ramdas said that he has visited areas such as J.C. Nagar, Ramanuja Road, Bestharageri, Kanakagiri, Jayanagar, Chennagiri Koppal etc., coming under K.R. Constituency  and consoled the bereaved families.

Ramdas said the Covid-19 pandemic has devastated the entire world and claimed lives of lakhs of people since March 2020. Several families have lost breadwinners. Any amount of consolation will not remove uncertainty in families, he observed.
