MLA S.A. Ramdas inspects rain-affected Pinjarapole

Mysore/Mysuru: MLA S.A. Ramdas led a team of officials to review the situation near Pinjarapole which was inundated following incessant rains that lashed around Chamundi Hill and surrounding areas in Mysuru, causing hardships to the locals.

Later, speaking to press persons, the MLA said that to solve this problem permanently, an estimate was sent to the State Government by the City Corporation seeking a grant of Rs. 10 crore and it has been approved by the Government. Steps will be taken to start the works in a few days, he added.

Pinjarapole Society President Sumatilal Jain, Vinod Jain, Shankar, Babu, Chethan and City Corporation officials were present on the occasion.
