Mysuru:  Two months after NR MLA Tanveer Sait of the Congress was brutally assaulted with a matchette by a youth named Farhan Pasha at a marriage ceremony at Bannimantap Torchlight Parade Grounds on the night of Nov.17, 2019, the Police have submitted charge-sheet to the Court against all the eight accused in the case.

The Police have named Farhan Pasha, Akram, Abid Pasha, Noor Khan, Mujeeb, Muzamil,  Matheen Baig and Irfan as the accused in the case.

Soon after the attack, the Police had arrested Farhan Pasha at the spot, while seven others involved in the case, were arrested in the later days as the investigation into the murderous assault that shocked the city, progressed.
