Mysore/Mysuru: The Election Commission has announced the schedule for voter registration and electoral rolls for the forthcoming Legislative Council Polls from South Graduates Constituency comprising the Districts of Mysuru, Mandya, Hassan and Chamarajanagar, according to which Graduates who have got their degree certificate from any of recognised Indian Universities at least three years before as on Nov.1, 2021, are eligible to enrol.

In a press release, Deputy Commissioner Dr.Bagadi Gautham, who is also the District Electoral Officer, said that all eligible graduates can fill up Form 18 and thus get registered for inclusion in the electoral roll, before Nov.6.

After Nov.6 deadline, the draft electoral rolls will go for print on Nov.11 and the same will be published on Nov.23. The members of the public can file their objections, if any, between Nov.23 and Dec.9, following which the scrutinised electoral rolls will go for print on Dec.25 and the final voter list will be published at designated offices on Dec.30.

The voter enrolment drive provides an opportunity for all eligible graduates to include their name in the voter list for which they are required to fill Form 18 and submit the same  at assigned offices before the deadline, the release said.
