Mobile phone snatched in city

Mysore/Mysuru: Scooter-borne miscreants have snatched the mobile phone of a student, who was speaking over the phone and was walking near LIC (Millennium) Circle on May 14 evening.

The student, who lost his mobile phone, is Gahiroad Rohit, a native of Maharashtra, who is pursuing his Pharmacy course at JSS College of Pharmacy in city.

On May 14 at about 5 pm, Rohit was walking near LIC and speaking on his phone, when two miscreants, who came on a scooter from behind, snatched the mobile phone and sped away. It is learnt that the pillion rider snatched the phone. Narasimharaja Police have registered a case.
