Mobile tower catches fire

Mysuru: Tension prevailed for sometime when a mobile tower caught fire at Alanahalli here yesterday afternoon. The mobile tower located on the second floor at Basaveshwara Complex caught fire at about 3 pm, emanating thick black smoke.

The public who saw the tower on fire, immediately informed the Fire Brigade personnel, who rushed to the spot and extinguished the fire.
