Model  houses: MCC invites objections

December 6, 2022

The Mysuru City Corporation (MCC) had constructed model  houses along Gurumutt Road in Kukkarahalli coming under MCC Ward 21, marking  Dr. B.R. Ambedkar birth centenary celebrations nearly three decades ago, for 13 dalit beneficiary families. The beneficiaries are: Shivarudra, Puttasiddamma, Kamalamma, Chinnapapa, Ramu, K.Jagadish, K. Nagaraju, N. Chandrashekar, Leelavathi, Mahalingaiah, Pushpa, Sakamma and E. Shivarudrappa.

As the families who are living in these model  houses for a long time had demanded issuance of title deeds, a MCC meeting chaired by Chamaraja MLA on Nov. 2, 2022, decided to issue conditional title deeds to the beneficiaries. Subsequently, the MCC has invited objections, if any, from members of the public for issuance of title deeds to them. Objections must be submitted in writing to the MCC Commissioner within 30 days.
