Mohammed Ishaq (60), a retired KPTCL official and a resident of Kalyanagiri here, passed away yesterday at his residence following cardiac arrest.

He was scheduled to go on a Haj Pilgrimage next month.

He leaves behind his wife, a son and a daughter (Doctor).

Namaz-e-Janaza was held at Masjid-e-Hazrath Mir Hayath, opposite Muslim Burial Ground, Mandi Mohalla, this morning. Funeral took place at Muslim Burial Ground near Tippu Circle.
