Former Chief Minister Dr. M. Veerappa Moily will be in city tomorrow to attend a book release function organised by Tanu Manu Prakashana and Kannada Sahitya Kalakoota at Institution of Engineers-India (IEI), JLB Road at 5 pm. The eight books (critiques) to be released are: Kuvempu Sahitya Rasa Yatre, Bendre Kavyakathana, Karantha Kriti Kadalu, Masti Sahitya Manana, Gokaka Sahitya Manthana, Anantha Sahitya Prapancha, Karnad Sahitya Sourabha and Kambara Sahitya Bimba. Yakshagana scholar Dr. Kabbinale Vasanth Bharadwaj will speak on the books. Editor of the books and Yakshagana scholar G.S. Bhatta will be present. On the occasion, Kannada Book Authority Chairman Dr. Nandish Hanche will release the 22nd annual catalogue of Tanu Manu Prakashana. Former MLA Vasu will be the chief guest. Senior litterateur Dr. C.P. Krishna Kumar (CPK) will preside.
