Mysuru: International Montessori Kindergarten Training Academy (IMKTA), Alpha National School, Manandavadi Road, Mysuru South, had organised a one-day pre-school Montessori teacher training workshop at KVC International Hotel in city recently.

The workshop was attended by hundreds of pre-school teachers, doctors, parents, counsellors and early childhood educators.

The workshop, covering topics like: Encouraging Artistic expressions in young children and Time Management in pre-schoolteachers, was conducted by Dr. Vathsala Iyengar and Savitha from PSTTI- Bengaluru and Sudha, Principal, Acharya Vidyakula, Bengaluru.

The workshop concluded  with oath-taking ceremony by teacher trainees, according to  Co-ordinator Vinutha Manjesh.
