Mysuru: As part of the monthly moonlight music programme, the city’s noted violin duo Mysuru Karthik and Master Sumanth will present a violin duet at Suttur Mutt in the city at 6 pm on Nov. 4.

Karthik (son of Vid. Mysuru M. Nagaraj and Sumanth (son of Dr. Mysuru Manjunath) are the grandsons of Rajya Sangeetha Vidwan Mahadevappa.

While Karthik is an Akashavani ‘A’ grade artiste, Sumanth has presented many musical concerts. The duo will be accompanied by Kalaimamani Vid. Thiruvarur Bhaktavasalam on mridanga and Vid. Giridhar Udupa on ghata.
