MPs meet UGC Chairman

A delegation of MPs from Karnataka led by Union Minister of State for Railways Suresh Angadi and comprising Pratap Simha, Nalin Kumar Kateel, P.C. Gaddigoudar, Karadi Sanganna and Bhagwanth Khuba met UGC Chairman D.P. Singh (second from right) and other officials in Delhi on Wednesday and apprised them about the uncertain future of lakhs of KSOU students after the UGC de-recognised KSOU courses from 2013-14.

The MPs sought the UGC to grant recognition to degrees awarded by KSOU from 2013-14 till 2018 and thus render justice to them.
