MUDA evicts illegal occupant of house at Devanur

Mysore/Mysuru: In yet another operation to reclaim its encroached properties, the MUDA  on Monday evicted a person who was found living illegally at one of its vacant houses in Devanur First Stage.

During the operation, it was discovered that one Nazir had illegally occupied MIG-HUDCO House (No.388) in Devanur following which the occupant was evicted. After the eviction, MUDA authorities erected a board at the site mentioning that the property belonged to MUDA. The value of the property is estimated at about Rs.40 lakh. MUDA Zonal Officer H.P. Shivanna, AE Rajashekar and other staff took part in  the operation, according to a press release.
