Murder threat: Former Corporator Jagadish acquitted

Mysuru:  The City Court has acquitted former Corporator Jagadish who was facing the charges of assault and murder threat.

One Vanaja Bheemaiah had lodged a complaint against the then BJP Corporator of Ward 14 Jagadish with Kuvempunagar Police stating that the latter had assaulted and threatened her life during the by-election to MCC Ward 13 in 2015.

The Police after investigation had submitted the charge sheet on Jagadish to the Court which on hearing has adjudged Jagadish as innocent and acquitted him, absolving him of all charges.
