Music competition: Entries invited

Vivekananda Institute of Indian Studies, a Unit of Swami Vivekananda Youth Movement and Swaralayam Arts Forum, Houston, USA, are jointly organising Karnatak classical music competition at the Institute premises, KIADB Industrial Housing Area, Ring Road, Hebbal.

The competition is open for students in the age group of 13 to 22 years and it will be conducted in both Vocal and Instrumental category on Sept. 21 from 3 pm onwards. The contestant shall present a kruthi along with a brief manodharma within a time limit of 6 minutes.  Last date for registration is Sept. 18. Prizes to the winners will be given during the 14th Annual Sulochana Pattabhiraman Utsavam which will be held in December, 2022.  For further details contact Mob: 93808-80167.
