Internationally acclaimed Khan Brothers — Sarfaraz Khan and Faraz Khan — will present a Hindustani classical vocal recital at Sri Nadabramha Sangeetha Sabha, Lakshmipuram in city on May 1 at 5.30 pm. They will be accompanied by Sumith Nayak on tabla and Ustad Fayaz Khan on harmonium. At 7 pm, Vidu. Apoorva Gokhale from Mumbai will present Hindustani classical vocal recital accompanied by Pt. Veerabhadraiah Hiremath from Mysuru on harmonium and Pt. Udayraj Karpur from Bengaluru on tabla. The music programmes are organised under the aegis of Swara Sankula Sangeetha Sabha, Mysuru, in memory of Engineer and art patron K.V. Murthy.
