Well-known singer Dr. Shamitha Malnad and troupe enthralled the audience with a melodious music concert dedicated to Rashtrakavi Kuvempu on the occasion of the late poet’s 113th  birth anniversary organised by Navabharat Nirmaan Seva Trust, Mysuru, at Vishwamanava Kuvempu Circle in Hebbal, here yesterday. Shamitha rendered the poems penned by Kuvempu. Earlier, the programme was inaugurated by District In-charge Minister Dr. H.C. Mahadevappa. MLA Vasu, MyLac Chairman H.A. Venkatesh, Prof. Krishnegowda and others were present.
