Musical tribute to Mahatma at Chinnara Dasara

Mysuru: Marking Gandhi Jayanti, Mahila and Makkala Dasara Sub-Committee had organised ‘Chinnara Dasara’ at JK Grounds here yesterday where children rendered songs and presented dances. Many children from Anganwadi Centres of various taluks had come dressed in colourful costumes.

Sa Re Ga Ma Pa-fame kids Nayana Nagaraj, Rohan Gowda and A.S. Ruthwik sang Mahatma Gandhi’s favourite bhajan ‘Raghupati Raghava Rajaram…’ and rendered a couple of other songs with a few from popular movies.

Ventriloquist Suma Rajkumar presented her ‘Talking Doll’ show with humorous conversations entertaining the kids.
