‘My Life, My Clean City’ campaign: RRR Centres set up at Hootagalli CMC limits

Mysore/Mysuru: As part of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs’ nationwide campaign that aims to highlight cities to set up ‘Reduce, Reuse, Recycle (RRR) Centres, one-stop collection centres, for citizens to contribute clothes, shoes, old books, toys and used plastic to be reused or recycled, RRR Centres have been set up at Hinkal Gram Panchayat office premises, Hootagalli KHB Oval Park, near Hootagalli Water Tank, Belavadi Gram Panchayat and near Koorgalli Rave Factory.

The awareness programme will be on from May 20 to June 5 with the vision of ‘My Life, My Clean City.’

All those who take part in the campaign will be given environment friendly materials and digital certificates from Hootagalli City Municipal Council (CMC), according to CMC Commissioner T.N. Narasimhamurthy.
