MyMUL takes out rally on World Milk Day

Mysore/Mysuru: Marking ‘World Milk Day,’ MyMUL (Mysuru Milk Union Limited) took out a rally in city on June 1.

The rally, which commenced from Kote Anjaneyaswamy Temple at the Palace North Gate, passed through Sayyaji Rao Road, Chamaraja Double Road and Ramaswamy Circle, before culminating at the Deputy Commissioner’s Office. The rally was aimed at spreading public awareness on the benefits of milk, its nutrition and quality.

MyMUL Managing Director B.N. Vijaykumar said that the theme of this year’s ‘World Milk Day’ is to bring focus on climate change and how dairy products can help the planet to sustain its harsh impact.

Apart from MyMUL staff, members of Rotary International and students of JSS Ayurveda College took part in the rally.
